France’s On Premise set for a strong 2022, as drinks sales rebound

The French On Premise sector is showing positive signs of recovery as consumers increase the frequency of their drinking-out experiences. Cocktails grow in popularity with Australian On Premise consumers

As Australian Cocktail Month gets into full swing, it’s no surprise to see that the Cocktail category is gaining significant traction in the On Premise as Australians treat themselves on the return to their favourite bars and restaurants. These new consumer findings come from CGA’s OPUS, a large-scale consumer study used around the world by the leading beverage suppliers to the On Premise channel. OPUS has fully launched for the first time in Australia this month bringing previously-unseen insights to the region.
