Rosa’s Thai has secured permission to open a new restaurant in Cheltenham, in an old retail unit on the Promenade.


Nando’s will open a new restaurant at Inveralmond Retail Park in Perth in November, according to local media.


Arc Inspirations will open its new BOX bar on Thurland Street in central Nottingham in November—its first site in the East Midlands. It will have space for 650 people, with 35 TVs, electric darts boards and shuffleboard tables.


Indian street food group Mowgli is opening on Corn Street in Bristol over the winter, local media report. It is taking over a unit that was previously occupied by PizzaExpress.


Vegan restaurant group Mildred’s has confirmed two new openings for early 2024—in Victoria and Wimbledon. Mildred’s currently has five restaurants, in Camden, Covent Garden, Dalston, King’s Cross and Soho.


US taco brand Trejo’s Tacos is launching in the UK with a 70-cover site on Portobello Road in London. The concept, created by actor Danny Trejo, has five sites in the US and plans to roll out more venues in London, as well as in several countries around Europe.


Coffee, healthy fast-food and juice bar Joe & the Juice has opened a second location at Liverpool ONE. It is a 1,800 square feet unit on Paradise Street, joining a concession within the John Lewis store at Liverpool ONE.


Chipotle will open its latest new site on Lordship Lane in East Dulwich next Thursday.


Five Guys will open its second drive-through restaurant next week, at Barton Mills near Bury St Edmunds.


Popeyes will open on George Street in Croydon shortly, local media report, continuing a rapid rollout in the UK.


The Hop Kettle brewery will open a fourth taproom at Gloucester Food Dock in mid-October. Hop Kettle also has two sites in Swindon and one in Cirencester. More concepts are due to open at Gloucester Food Dock over the winter.


Young’s is opening a pub in the New Forest, having acquired the Huntsman of Brockenhurst from Marston’s.


Pasture is to open a third restaurant at Colmore Row in Birmingham next spring. It joins Pasture restaurants in Bristol and Cardiff.


Games bar brand Spinners is opening a second venue at Drake Circus in Plymouth in mid-October. It will join the original Spinners in Reading. Another opening is being lined up in Solihull.


Doughnuts brand Longboys has confirmed two new London openings in the second half of October—on Borough Yards and Liverpool Street. Longboys currently operates in King’s Cross and Boxpark Wembley.
