Richard Caring’s Caprice Holdings is taking its Sexy Fish brand to Manchester for its second UK outpost, which claims it will hold the ‘largest Champagne collection in the country’.


Growing independent chain The Cornish Bakery, which has circa 54 UK stores, will open five new sites in the next four months, with sites in Canterbury and Norwich to open in September, followed by Harrogate and Cheltenham in October, and Salisbury in November.


North west independent coffee shop The Coffee House is set to open its 16th site in Telegraph Way in Kirkby, on the outskirts of Liverpool, later this month.


London-based Italian restaurant concept Emilia’s Crafted Pasta is opening its fourth site in the capital, on Baker Street, while Premium casual South American operator Fazenda, which operates five regional sites across the UK, has opened its first London restaurant and biggest yet.


Flame & Grill is set to open in Pebmarsh at the end of August, offering traditional British all-you-can-eat dining, including meat, bread and salad, at the site of a converted stable.


Heartwood Collection, formerly Brasserie Bar Co, has opened its latest pub acquisition, The Black Swan in Henley-in-Arden.


London catering firm Humdingers has launched its fourth bakery, opposite Exmouth Market in Rosebery Avenue, Islington, following sites in Hoxton, Hornsey and Highbury.


Prosecco Caffé, which already operates a site in Westfield Stratford, is set to double its presence in London, with an opening in Soho.


Italian gelato brand Badiani has opened its latest site, at Westfield White City in London, to take its UK estate to 14.


London wine bar concept Must Wine, founded by chief executive Mike Nuttall in 2018, is set to open its fourth site. It will open at 2-4 Camden Passage, at the junction with Pierrepoint Arcade in Islington, in the autumn.


Tao Group Hospitality has confirmed a September launch for the first UK opening of its Italian-American concept, Lavo. The flagship restaurant in London’s Marylebone will open at The BoTree hotel.


Independent North East pizza company, Scream for Pizza Group, is to open a new site in Sunderland next year.


Turkish restaurant brand Bursa Kebap Evi has secured its third site in London, in Islington, as it eyes a 20-strong estate in the UK.


Chef Jamie Oliver has confirmed his upcoming restaurant in London’s Covent Garden will be called Jamie Oliver Catherine Street, with an opening scheduled for November.


Roxy Leisure, the operator of the Roxy Lanes and Roxy Ball Room concepts, is planning to open a third site in Nottingham.


Lemon Pepper Holdings, the company behind the rollout of Wingstop in the UK, has secured a second site for the brand in Edinburgh.


Luxury hot chocolate shop Knoops has opened its sixth site in London and 12th overall. The business, which is also lining up an opening in Bath, plans to open more than 120 sites in the UK, and 3,000 globally, within the next seven years.


Voodoo Doll, the company behind the Mojo Bars business, has confirmed its new Liverpool venue will open later this month.
