CGA’s client director Fiona Speakman will be helping out-of-home eating and drinking brands find ways to sustain a strong reputation at the Arena Autumn Event on Monday (30 September).
She will draw on CGA’s research to reveal some of the secrets of how operators establish and sustain strong consumer perceptions of their brands. She will also share insights from this year’s recent Brand Momentum Report from CGA and Stone & River, explaining how certain brands retain their relevance while others struggle to keep up with the pace of change.
Other speakers at the event include Marcel Khan, formerly of Nando’s and Five Guys and now powering his own Thunderbird Chicken concept. Wagamama’s business development director Andre Johnstone will discuss the burgeoning delivery sector, while Supersonic Inc founder Mark McCulloch will explore how brands can recover from setbacks. Malcolm Muir of the Venners Consultancy will share tips for protecting reputation at shop floor level, and Best Food Logistics managing director Paul Whyte will have advice on using technology to optimize operations.
