Zizzi is starting the year with five new restaurant openings—including its first launch into Ireland in Dublin.
Zizzi’s UK openings are in Bradford, Leeds Birstall, Newport and Brindley Place in Birmingham, which launches on Thursday (25 February). The Dublin launch, in Dundrum Town, will follow on 6 April.
The openings will take Zizzi’s estate in the UK and Ireland to 143. Ten openings are planned this year in all.
Steve Holmes, chief executive of Zizzi’s parent Azzurri group, said: “We’re delighted to be expanding our estate significantly across the coming weeks, continuing a steady period of growth for Zizzi. The restaurants are all in fantastic locations and we’re excited to open the doors to a host of new visitors… this is an exciting time for the brand, continuing its steady pace of rollout.”
