Business Leaders’ Survey findings to be revealed at Casual Dining

Jamie Campbell will be unveiling the results of CGA Peach’s exclusive Business Leaders’ Survey at the Casual Dining show in London this Thursday (25 February).

The findings from CGA Peach’s poll of more than 200 leaders from across the eating and drinking out sector will provide exclusive indicators of the opportunities and threats for 2016 and beyond. CGA Peach director Campbell will present the findings in his ‘View from the Top’ session at the show at 10.15am on Thursday 25 February. The survey report is supported by Korn Ferry. 

Other speakers at the show will include Wagamama chief executive David Campbell and Carluccio’s chairman Simon Kossoff, both in conversation with CGA Peach’s Peter Martin. Campbell will discuss the evolution of the Wagamama brand in the show’s keynote theatre at 4.15pm on Thursday 25 February, reflecting on changes including the introduction of open kitchens and greater transparency in the provenance and preparation of its food. Kossoff, named last year as a CGA Peach Industry Icon, will be in conversation with Peter Martin a day earlier, at 11am on Wednesday 24 February. He will discuss the equally impressive roll-out of Carluccio’s, and look ahead to what the future has in store for their operations and casual dining in general. 

Joining them in the keynote theatre over the two days will be ALMR chief executive Kate Nicholls, Revolution Bars Group chief executive Mark McQuater, GBK chief operating officer Keith Bird, Casual Dining Group’s chief executive Steve Richards, serial investor Luke Johnson and Ceviche founder Martin Morales are all on the schedule too.
