Las Iguanas is nearing the milestone of 50 restaurants with the opening of two more before in the Brunswick Centre and York by the end of March.
Brunswick in Bloomsbury will open on 21 March, in a 110-cover unit. The 120-cover York restaurant, on Back Swinegate, will follow the following week. Las Iguanas will launch both restaurants with two-for-one deals and giveaways of 100 burritos.
