The Casual Dining show opens its doors this Wednesday and Thursday (24 and 25 February)—with highlights including Wagamama chief executive David Campbell and Carluccio’s chairman Simon Kossoff in conversation with CGA Peach’s Peter Martin.

The Casual Dining show opens its doors this Wednesday and Thursday (24 and 25 February)—with highlights including Wagamama chief executive David Campbell and Carluccio’s chairman Simon Kossoff in conversation with CGA Peach’s Peter Martin.

Campbell will discuss the evolution of the Wagamama brand in the show’s keynote theatre at 4.15pm on Thursday, reflecting on changes including the introduction of open kitchens and greater transparency in the provenance and preparation of its food.  

Kossoff, named last year as a CGA Peach Industry Icon, will be in conversation with Peter Martin a day earlier, at 11am on Wednesday. He will discuss the equally impressive roll-out of Carluccio’s, and look ahead to what the future has in store for their operations and casual dining in general. 

Also talking at the show will be CGA Peach account director Jamie Campbell, providing a ‘View from the Top’ session at 10.15am on Thursday. Joining them in the keynote theatre over the two days will be ALMR chief executive Kate Nicholls, Revolution Bars Group chief executive Mark McQuater, GBK chief operating officer Keith Bird, Casual Dining Group’s chief executive Steve Richards, serial investor Luke Johnson and Ceviche founder Martin Morales are all on the schedule too.
