CGA’s chief executive Phil Tate will be setting out the mood of the market with a keynote session at the 2019 Caterer Summit in London on 29 October.
He will give the opening presentation of the Summit, sharing the results of the Caterer’s Hospitality Business Leaders Survey of more than 500 senior operators in the industry. The session will reveal levels of confidence in the market, the top food and drink trends to watch and the opportunities and challenges to come in the year ahead. With a deep dive into the survey backed by CGA’s suite of research sources, it will be a definitive view of the state of play in the hospitality sector in 2019.
Themes of the summit will include sustainability and the importance of running an environmentally friendly and ethical business. There will also be sessions on motivating and rewarding teams and improving margins without compromising quality. Speakers from across the sector will include Mowgli founder Nisha Katona, Arc Inspirations co-founder Martin Wolstencroft, Exclusive Collection CEO Danny Pecorelli and Social Pantry founder Alex Head.
The Caterer Summit takes place at the National Gallery in London on Tuesday 29 October. Tickets are priced at £249 + VAT for those working in the hospitality industry, and at £495 + VAT for suppliers. For more information and to book a place, click here.
