One of the greats of the US restaurant scene, the legendary founder of Union Square Hospitality Danny Meyer is joining the line-up for this year’s BIG Peach 2020 Digital Experience on November 18.

1.30pm – Introduction and welcome 

Broadcasting live from the Peach 2020 studio in London, Peter Martin and Kate Nicholls will be your hosts for the day, bringing you conversations about the year to date and political challenges ahead. CGA Group CEO Phil Tate will be explaining CGA’s view of the new market landscape – its changing shape, trading trends, industry confidence and new consumer habits.


2.00pm – The Kate Nicholls political conversation 

Labour’s Anneliese Dodds will be questioned by Kate Nicholls on a whole range of policy issues affecting the pub, bar and restaurant sector, from combatting COVID to reviving the economy to trade deals.


2.25pm – Multi-break-out sessions 

CGA will be hosting four breakout sessions covering Marketing, Finance, Technology and People. Each session will delve into the latest insights, experiences and challenges faced by the hospitality industry.

4.15pm – Keeping supply chains open

NFU president Minette Batters joins Kate Nicholls and conference co-chair Peter Martin to give her industry’s vision for the future of food and drink production and supply in Britain post-Brexit, what should and shouldn’t be included in trade deals and how agriculture and hospitality can work more closely together.


4.40pm The Leaders panel 

Peter Martin and Kate Nicholls will be interviewing leaders from across the restaurant, pub, and bar market including Karen Jones CBE, Emma Woods, Simon Emeny and Martin Wolstencroft. 


5.10 –  Peter and Kate sum up the big issues – operational, financial and political.
