TRG Concessions is opening a branch of its US-style restaurant Sanfords at Glasgow Airport. It first launched the concept at Luton Airport. The Glasgow site will replace Frankie & Benny’s.
Nottingham’s Bustler Market is to launch a food hall with room for four permanent operators. It is scheduled to launch on 5 June. Bustler Market also has a venue in Derby.
Korean street food style restaurant concept The Bap is opening on Queens Road in the Clifton area of Bristol. It will be a fourth location for the brand, after Farnborough, Reading and Swindon.
Mediterranean restaurant group Brother Marcus is to open at the YY London building at One Canada Square in Canary Wharf in late May. It will be the brand’s biggest site yet, with 180 covers. Brother Marcus has five other London sites in Angel, Borough Yards, Covent Garden, South Kensington and Spitalfields.
Worcester’s Japanese restaurant Maneki Ramen, part of the Art Hospitality group, has just opened a second site on Ludgate Hill in Birmingham after a crowdfunding campaign.
