Korean BBQ restaurant Soom has opened in Covent Garden, London. It is the second site from the team behind 3KOBROS in Canary Wharf.

 

OMNOM, the vegetarian and vegan Indian restaurant and wellness charity, has launched its second location in Birmingham.

 

Supernova, the burger brand operated by BVC Hospitality, has opened its third site in Mayfair, London.

 

Pasta Cosa has opened a second site in Liverpool, led by sisters Kayleigh and Talia Baccino.

 

The Double Red Duke gastropub and boutique hotel brand, owned by Country Creatures, has launched a second venue at Bicester Village.

 

Cô Thành, a Vietnamese restaurant founded by Brian Woo, has opened in Covent Garden, London. This marks the brand’s UK debut.
