Tigermilk, the French-Latin American dining concept, has confirmed plans to open three more London sites over the next 12 months. The brand made its UK debut in June with a 138-cover restaurant on Charing Cross Road.

 

Burger Drop, the North East smash burger brand, is expanding to Middlesbrough this autumn, marking its sixth site overall.

 

Captain D’s, the US seafood chain, will make its UK debut at Westwood Cross Shopping Centre in Broadstairs, Kent.

 

Chuck’s, a stripped-back smash burger brand, is opening a permanent site in London following a successful pop-up.

 

Sear’s, the Glasgow-based New York-style pizza brand, has expanded to Edinburgh with a new slice shop.

 

Island, a surf and turf restaurant from chefs Brad Carter and Tom Brown, has opened at Mare Street Market in King’s Cross, London.

 

Brother Marcus, is taking over the former Social Eating House site in Soho for its seventh restaurant, which will also feature the brand’s first cocktail bar.

 

Fern, a new restaurant in Cornwall, will be led by chef Paul Welburn and is set to open later this month.

 

Campanelle, an all-day Italian restaurant from Ninai Zarach, has launched in the City of London, showcasing Italy’s culinary heritage.

 

Biléyi by MsJoyceK, a Congolese-inspired concept from chef Joyce Kudia, has secured a permanent site at Boxhall City in London.

 

Napoli on the Road, is expanding to Soho with a new site offering a pizza-based tasting menu from award-winning pizzaiolo Michele Pascarella.

 

Dishoom, is opening its second Scottish site in Glasgow, continuing its UK expansion.

 

The General Tarleton, a historic coaching inn near Knaresborough, reopens this week under Tommy Banks’ new venture, Jeopardy Hospitality.

 

Legado, a new Spanish restaurant from chef Nieves Barragán Mohacho and JKS Restaurants, opens this week in Shoreditch.
