The rise of the low and no alcohol drinks movement will be in the spotlight at Food Matters Live in November 19-20, with CGA client director Matt Mullock among the guests on a panel dedicated to the trend.

The annual event will discuss the future interaction of food, drink and health, and features a series of ‘Marketing Matters’ seminars on various themes. Matt Mullock will join Three Spirit co-founder Meeta Gournay and former Crussh CEO Chris Fung in the special panel session from 2.55pm to 3.30pm on Wednesday 20 November, drawing on CGA’s latest sales and consumer data to reveal the scale and future of the low and no alcohol drinks trend, and how operators can successfully tap into it.

Earlier this year CGA research revealed the growing demand for healthier drinks, with low and no alcohol beer sales rising 33% in 2017. Low and no alcohol beers are now stocked in well over half of all licensed premises, while the CGA Influencers Report highlighted the emergence of low and no alcohol spirits brands.
