Three restaurant concepts have been shortlisted for the Design Award run by the Hotelympia show.
The nominees are D&D London’s German Gymnasium (pictured), the Bombay Brasserie and Fera at Claridge’s. The winner will be named at 4pm on the first day of the Hotelympia show a week on Monday (29 February).
Toby Wand, managing director of Fresh Montgomery, said: “Each restaurant interior has its own unique style, yet what unites them all is a sense of true quality, elegance and design excellence—our esteemed panel of judges has one hell of a job ahead of them.”
