CGA Peach’s Peter Martin will be providing an expert overview of the industry and future trends at the Hotelympia show later this month at the ExCel centre in London.
Martin will present data from sources including the Coffer Peach Business Tracker, highlighting hot spots in the sector and suggesting issues and developments to look out for in the future. He will talk at 12pm on Monday 29 February at the show, which then runs until Thursday 3 March.
Hotelympia claims to be the UK’s largest foodservice and hospitality event. Other features at the show include a ‘Salon Culinaire’, Drinks Innovation Theatre and Innovation Awards.
