A leading soft drinks supplier wanted to uncover future opportunities for their brand.
The Solution
CGA conducted a bespoke piece of research on behalf of the client. Initial BrandTrack analysis was conducted to highlight brand competition & current update and occasions. The development of an advanced online & mobile consumer survey was completed, targeted towards current & potential brand drinks to understand barriers, competitors, & potential day parts. In addition, in-depth focus groups were conducted around the UK of consumers & bar tenders to allow for concept testing & detailed perceptions, including taste testing of potential served.
The Outcome
CGA’s research for the client successfully enabled development of alternative serves for the brand which appealed to a broader set of consumers on a variety of occasions and day parts.
