What’s the mood among the leaders of Britain’s pub, restaurant, bar and café companies as hospitality prepares for reopening – and what are their teams feeling too?
Those questions will be answered at CGA next online webinar Business confidence: reopening nerves next Wednesday, July 1. Joining the session will be Nick Collins, CEO of Loungers, one of the country’s most dynamic food and drink businesses, to give his perspective on market readiness.
The results of CGA’s latest Business Confidence survey, run in conjunction with technology specialist Fourth, will be presented by the CGA team, looking at the biggest concerns for the leaders of Britain’s pub, restaurant, bar and café companies. How optimistic are they that customers and sales will return? What new revenue streams are they looking for?
You can register now.
The findings will be backed up with a workforce perspective, via CGA’s survey of over 500 industry professionals on their opinions on returning to work and how they feel ahead of re-opening, plus the latest consumer perspective, from CGA’s June BrandTrack analysis of consumer sentiment ahead of returning. There will also be a supplier view, to provide the most comprehensive take on the state of the market pre-reboot.
CGA is sharing these critical findings as widely as possible to help leaders across the country, from big corporates to small start-ups, have access to the insight they need to plan and adapt to changing circumstances.
