Valentine’s Day weekend promises to bring an influx of diners into outlets. Here’s what our research finds:
- 1/3 increase in the number of spirits sold in the average outlet
- This is driven by cocktails which sees number of serves increase by 41%
- 19% uptick in sales of non-alcoholic items, including food
- Champagne & sparkling wine sales rose by 29%
- and the number of serves were up by 42% (compared to the average Thursday)
