The show takes place on 22 and 23 February at the Business Design Centre in London, and will feature more than 200 exhibitors as well as keynotes from across the eating and drinking out sectors. A breakfast briefing sponsored by Barclaycard will host the unveiling the results of the 2017 Business Leaders’ Survey from CGA Peach, setting the scene for both the show and the year ahead in restaurants, pubs and bars.
Highlights from a packed programme of keynotes on day one at Casual Dining will include Neil Rankin, founder of the influential Pitt Cue Co restaurant and now director of Temper Restaurants, in conversation with CGA Peach’s Peter Martin. The second day of the show will include a ‘Making a Splash’ session from CGA Strategy’s Graeme Loudon, rounding up key up-to-the-minute developments in drinks including the rise in craft, artisan and premium products.
Other speakers at Casual Dining will include TGI Friday’s Karen Forrester, Bill’s Mark Fox Casual Dining Group’s Martin Robinson, Côte’s Andrew Gallagher, Red’s James Douglas, Mitchells & Butlers’ Bob Ivell and the ALMR’s Kate Nicholls.
