CGA’s Peter Martin and Graeme Loudon will be among the speakers at next week’s Commercial Kitchen show—and CGA Peach subscribers can get free VIP access to the two-day event.

The show for the catering equipment industry takes place next Tuesday and Wednesday (6 and 7 June) at the NEC in Birmingham. It acts as a showcase for new equipment and is expected to welcome more than 2,000 visitors and 80 exhibiting manufacturers over the two days.

At 3.30pm on the first day of the show, CGA Strategy’s commercial director Graeme Loudon will discuss how operators can adapt their offers for the demands of a fast-changing market, drawing on the results of CGA’s exclusive Business Leaders’ Survey. The second day at the Keynote Theatre at 11.30am features CGA Peach vice president Peter Martin in conversation with MeatLiquor co-founder Scott Collins, Red’s True Barbeque co-founder James Douglas and Nando’s kitchen and equipment development manager Adele Hing. The panel of three of the fastest growing operators in the market will discuss the roll-out of innovation in the casual dining sector.

The two-day Keynote Theatre programme will also feature leaders from leading operators including Young’s and Punch Taverns, and trade bodies including the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers and the Sustainable Restaurant Association. For the full line-up of speakers, click here.

Operators subscribing to CGA Peach’s updates can get free and exclusive VIP access to the show, with a range of benefits including fast-track entry and access to the VIP Lounge with complimentary refreshments on both days and prosecco served from midday. Members must register in advance to claim their free VIP badge and save the £20 door fee. To register, click here and enter priority code CKVP26.
