Ladies of Restaurants, the new collective for women working in hospitality, holds its next gathering in London on Monday 15 May.

The event at the Our/London distillery in Hackney will feature conversations with three leaders from the hospitality sector: Chantelle Nicholson, group operations director at Marcus Wareing Restaurants; Maxine Thompson, founder of women’s chef wear specialist Polka Pants; and Sofia Franc, formerly of Petersham Nursery and The Square and now a consultant specializing in helping women in the restaurant industry. The discussions will be hosted by Brogan Driscoll, lifestyle editor at the Huffington Post.

The evening also includes networking, cocktails from Our/London, food from Crumble Food and music by Pandora from Kiss FM. It starts at 6.30pm and runs until 9.30pm.

The Ladies of Restaurants group was launched last year and already has more than 300 members from all areas of the hospitality sector. It is coordinated by Natalia Ribbe-Szrok of Eighty Six List, Grace Willis of Spring and Libby Andrews of Pho.
