CGA Peach Insight & Marketing Conference

Wednesday 20th April 2016, Tate Modern, London

How do you keep your business fresh and relevant – and in tune with your customer base? That will be a central question for speaker at this year’s CGA Peach Insight & Marketing conference, which has already lined up headline panelists from the likes of Whitbread, Tesco, Gourmet Burger Kitchen.

The essential annual gathering of the industry’s top marketing and consumer insight executives takes place 20 April at Tate Modern, London. Book your places now.

Gourmet Burger Kitchen’s chief executive Alasdair Murdoch talks about the reaction to the brand’s now notorious ‘Vegetarians, resistance is futile’ advertising campaign, while Whitbread COO David Murdin outlines the last development for Beefeater as its Bar & Block spin-off heads for the high street.

There will be contributions too from Tesco Hospitality’s Commercial and Marketing Director Adam Martin – an organisation that understands brand equity.

“Our central theme this year is not so much how to create a brand, but how to maintain the momentum as businesses mature and newcomers try and steal your market-share,” said conference chairman and CGA Peach voice president Peter Martin. “How do you continue to stand-out in an increasingly crowded, competitive and ever-changing marketplace?”

CGA Peach’s own teams will spotlight the latest data, research and insight that brands are employing to achieve a greater understanding of consumer and market dynamics in what appears an increasingly brand-cynical world.

Meanwhile, Mark McCulloch founder of the We Are Spectacular agency will head up a panel of experts mapping out the fast evolving marketing and communication techniques being deployed, especially in trying to influence the young and social-media literate.

More speakers will be announced over the next few weeks. The invitation-only event will be attended by senior marketing and insight professionals, chief executives and owners from across the out-of-home food and drink market, from both large and emerging businesses.

The CGA Peach Insight & Marketing Conference will be held on Wednesday 20 April at Tate Modern, London. Sessions start at 2.00pm and conclude at 5.45pm, followed by a drinks reception for discussion and networking.
